2022 was a great year for Eco Web Hosting, and we wanted to share some of our accomplishments with you.
We redesigned our website
While we adored the previous version of our website, we knew we could do better. Tom and Kate worked closely with our Development Team, going over search statistics, user experiences, and analytics to build up new page copy, brilliant new design, and smoother ordering processes. While we’re delighted with it, we’re also still looking at opportunities to improve, so watch this space!
Nearly 68,000 trees planted and 18 Gold Standard projects supported
Thanks to Eden Reforestation Projects, Ecologi, and Tree-Nation, we were able to plant even more trees this year. Along with our regular planting for our customers in Haiti, Indonesia, and Nepal, we also planted trees in Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, Kenya, Madagascar, Morocco, Mozambique, Peru, Tanzania, Uganda, and the United Kingdom.
We also supported Gold Standard Projects in 12 countries — Brazil, Chile, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Honduras, India, Mexico, Peru, South Africa, Tanzania, Thailand, and Vietnam. Through these projects, we were able to protect vital rainforests, turn waste biomass into energy, improve public transportation, and fund wind and solar farms around the world.

We were a Top Tier WordPress Hosting Company for the second year in a row
We submitted our Basic Managed WordPress package to Review Signal, and we were pleased to learn we are still a Top Tier Hosting Company. Our uptime was 100% and our response times were the fourth-fastest in all those reviewed. This was a great accomplishment for our Managed WordPress hosting, and we’re proud of how well we did.
Our Support Team answered over 5,700 tickets and over 2,500 live chats
The sheer amount of hard work our Support Team puts in is incredible. It’s one of the best things we have in the company, and we work hard to make sure you’re happy with our service every day of the week.
